Mandatory Credits
The Stricto sensu Graduate Program in Cell and Molecular Biology requires for completion of the Master’s Program a minimum of 20 credits and for completion of the Doctorate Program a minimum of 32 credits. The following subjects are mandatory for all areas of concentration:  Molecular Biology and Biosafety. The following subjects are mandatory for the area of Cell and Molecular Biology: Ultrastructure and Cell Biology or Cell Biology and Ultrastructure of Lower and Higher Eukaryotic Cells. For the area of concentration in Pharmacology and Immunology, Applied Pharmacology or General Immunology are mandatory subjects.

Another activity recommended for program’s students is the participation in the Study Center, weekly scientific event organized by IOC in order to expose the students to multidisciplinary subjects and also to allow the students’interaction with our scientific community.
